Chicago's lights out. March 29 8-9 pm.
In theory, everyone was encouraged to turn their lights out for one hour to raise awareness about energy usage.

We have finally moved in!

it has been a long year. The loft rocks. Plenty of room to shoot and great light. We are excited, got to go unpack some more.

A friend of mine took some quick photos from a corporate display using my photos! Fun to see others enjoy my photos.

Well it is nice to get some photos of your work and how it is being used!
Not bad If I do say so myself.

Down the the final moments. we are moving out of our apartment and will be in limbo for a little bit . Once we move into the loft things will pick up.. Until then, Not much going on here.

Well it is getting closer. WE might actually get to move to out new loft in Uptown. This has been going on since late July '07. All I have to say is if anyone out there is looking for way to make millions, please find a way to change the process of buying a condo! that's it. that is all I ask. what a long drawn out process. If you do find a way, I think you will be thanked my millions of people in the future.

I went to a presentation/ meeting last night for commercial photographers. It was interesting and insightful. During the breaks I was speaking with another photographer about how there are focus groups that can measure the impact of copy in an ad. In a sense they can measure that certian words or phrases can increase responses by "X" percent. The concept of applying that to photos came up. I know that there are almost biological responses to certain visual triggers ( baby faces, Colors, Light/dark etc...) anyway, just a rambling to get these thoughts on paper, or screen in this case.

WOOOHHOOOO! it is finally here! We are moving to a new Love/work loft in Uptown.

Great light with Floor to celing skinny windows ( like strip soft boxes). And Hey, why not move in the busiest month of December? What could be better? Besides that, it should rock.
